Hi, I'm Penny!
The way maths is taught and learnt in primary school has changed, and for many families, the gap between classroom and home can feel really wide.
That's where MathsBites comes in.
MathsBites was born from countless conversations with parents who said, “I want to help, but I don’t want to confuse them,” or “Maths just isn’t my thing.”
Having been a dedicated primary school teacher with over 30 years of experience, I heard from parents like you who want to help support their child but are worried about "getting it wrong".
I understand your concerns and am here to help.
I've used all of my experience in the classroom and have turned it into parent-friendly videos that will not only help you understand what your child is talking about, but will support you in your endeavors to support them through their maths journey, bringing a sense of calm and confidence back to your home.
